My name is Kenneth Henry. I’m the President of KH Hospitality a modern custom furniture manufacturing company in Southern California.
I’m currently available for consulting engagements.
I have been manufacturing furniture for the hospitality industry my entire life and there is one thing I have learned. I am not in the furniture business - I am in the demand business.
At a very early age, I was entrusted to make buttons, sand wood, and stuff cushions at Beverly Furniture, my family’s furniture factory in Pico Rivera, California. By the time I was 14 years old, I had learned the art of pattern making for furniture frames and could manufacture a piece of custom furniture using only a picture for inspiration.

I have worked in every area of the family business, including upholstery, cutting, prefabrication, millwork, finishing, delivery as well as sales and marketing. Being a key player in growing the family business to $39 million in annual sales and developed key accounts such as Hilton, Leonard Parker, Wyndham, Higgins Purchasing, Lowes and Wynn Resorts.
Established Brands
Over the next 30 years, I held progressively more prominent positions at some of the most renowned custom furniture brands. Working with all the top brands including Hyatt, Hilton, Wyndham, KOR Hotels and Marriott and was involved in almost every massive new project in the industry.
Highlights
My favorite element of working on projects such as Treasure Island, Luxor and Excalibur, was working on the creative aspects of the projects with the designers and architects. Some highlights I am proud of include: 18,000 pieces of seating for the original MGM Grand, 17,000 pieces of seating for the original Wynn Hotel, 12,000 pieces of seating for the original Borgata and recently manufactured all the sofas for Wynn Encore Macau under his own label.
Today, I consult for a variety of international brands and am a respected and authoritative voice in the industry. Living in southern California with my wife and three amazing children.
